TRAVEL SAFELY
To guarantee the health and safety of our guests, at Casa Coco we follow the protocols based on the current official guidelines published by the Spanish authorities.
These protocols are implemented in all the procedures and services that we offer to our guests. The most important ones are listed below.

ONLINE CHECK-IN
Document handling limited with the implementation of the online check-in service.
AIR PURIFICATION
Use of an air purification system in the rooms, as well as in the common areas. Disinfection is reinforced by ozone.
ROOM TOTAL DISINFECTION
Room disinfection is reinforced with certified anti-covid products. In each room there is an air purifier, free for guest use.
STAFF HIGIENE
Body temperature recording, frequent hand hygiene, use of masks, as well as other individual protection measures are provided for all staff.
HAND SANITIZERS
Hydroalcoholic hand sanitizing gels are available for guests in all common areas and meeting points.
DISINFECTION PRODUCTS
All the cleaning and disinfection products used in our hotel are in accordance with the legislation and follow the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health.
DISTANCING
Implementation of distancing measures in common areas with individual protection measures, physical protection (screens) and information panels.
MAIN AREAS
Since we are a small establishment, you will not see many people in common areas.
STAFF EDUCATION
All staff are trained in crisis management, hygiene measures and Covid-19 prevention and have all necessary material (masks, etc.)
JACUZZI & SAUNA
Maximum capacity is limited: 2 persons at the time (or up to maximum 4 persons family/friend related) to guarantee health safety. Spa facilities disinfection is reinforced.
POOL
Reinforced and more frequent disinfection of the water. Sun loungers are reorganised to ensure sufficient distance.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Table service for the restaurant and the bar. Maximum capacity control according to the Spanish government regulations. 24-hour room-service available.
