Enjoy your next holidays with you best furry friend. We will be happy if you bring him/her with you on your vacation to Costa Brava.
In Casa Coco we love animals, especially cats and dogs, so we accept them in our facilities. Of course, to maintain hygiene and sanitation practices and to respect other guests as well, we have some conditions and rules to be aware of regarding your pet’s stay with us.
PET STAY CONDITIONS
All these conditions MUST BE MET in order to bring your pet to Casa Coco.
- Up to 2 dogs per room, or
- Up to 2 cats per room (older than 1 year)
- Total weight (of both pets) <18kg
- Patio Double rooms ONLY (in case you don't see them available online, please contact us, we always keep some rooms for pets)
- Fee: 15,00€/night (regardless if 1 or 2 pets)
- Security deposit at check-in (regardless if 1 or 2 pets):
- For short stays up to 6 nights: 100,00€/stay
- For longer stays from 7 nights: 200,00€/stay
- House rules to be respected (detailed here below)
- Sign a responsibility form at check-in
- Inform us about the pet before arrival!
- Service dogs are welcome (no charge, no size restriction), Patio Double only
- Before making reservation, let us know
PET STAY HOUSE RULES
After complying with the conditions to bring you pet, you must be aware of our house rules and respect them through your stay in Casa Coco. At check-in you will be provided a form to sign.
IN YOUR ROOM
KEEP YOUR ROOM CLEAN
Even if we clean your room every day, you are responsable for keeping the room ventilated, tidy and clean, especially of your pet's hair, dirty paws, etc.
KEEP YOUR PET OFF THE BED
Take with you your pet's bed and other necessary toys. It's not allowed to use the hotel bed, hotel's sheets and towels, nor any other furniture for your pet.
RESPECT OTHERS
Keep your dog on leash or in arms when passing by other guests, especially if someone is afraid.
KEEP SILENCE
You are responsable of your pet's behaviour at every moment. Keep your dog/cat quiet at all time. Barking and yowling will not be tolerated.
NEVER LEAVE DOG UNATTENDED
Never leave your dog unattended for a long time (in the room or anywhere else). If left alone for a short time, you have to notify the receptionist.
USE OUTSIDE BINS/CONTAINERS
It's forbidden to dispose your dog poop bags in any hotel bin (room, stairs, halls, garage). Use outside bins and containers (in front of the hotel accros the street).
THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL
RESTAURANT ACCESS
Your dog is welcome in our restaurant during breakfast and dinner service, at open and closed terrace and at indoor seating. Non authorised: breakfast buffet area.
SPA & MASSAGE ACCESS
Your pet can only access the outside terrace of our spa lounge during your private spa session. Indoors it's prohibited. You may leave him/her in the room as well during that time.
SKYBAR ACCESS
The whole bar area is authorised for pets, as it is outside at our rooftop terrace. Be aware that your pet cannot be on lounge chairs and sofas.
POOL TERRACE ACCESS
Your pet can stay with you at our pool terrace but not on longue chairs. All tile covered area is accessible for you pet, except the wooden upper deck near the pool.
POOL ACCESS
Water access is strictly prohibited for your pet as well as the wooden area around the pool (upper deck with wooden floor).
OTHER COMMON AREAS ACCESS
Your pet can access all other area like halls, stairs, entry terrace, lobby, garage, etc. Keep in mind to watch out and care about our guests who may be afraid.
OUTSIDE THE HOTEL
GREEN ZONES
The nearest park is just 100m walking uphill (turn right on the street after going out from the hotel). Be aware of any signs and respect other people.
BEACH ACCESS
Please note that all the beaches in Lloret de Mar forbid access to the dogs. However, there are some beaches around allowing dogs (consult at reception).
RESPECT ENVIRONMENT
When outside, it's recommended to keep your dog on leash. Be aware of signs, cars, other people and dogs, and use bins and containers.
FINES FOR NON RESPECTING
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be asked at check-in as a guarantee in case of damage. It can be a card preautorisation or cash deposit of 100,00€ (short stays) and 200,00€ (long stays).
FINES FOR CLEANING & DAMAGE
The hotel may charge a 40,00€ fee for advanced cleaning if the room is left dirty. If any damage occur, the hotel may charge every item (Prices listed in GCT).
EXPULSION
In case of non respecting one of the house rules listed above, the staff can ask you to leave the hotel at any moment without obligation to refund or pay any compensation.

FOR RESERVATIONS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE
You can add your pet’s stay as an extra item during your room reservation process. You can add it later on as well by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or mail.
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH OTHER PLATFORMS AND AGENCIES
(BOOKING, EXPEDIA, WEEKENDESK, LOCAL AGENCIES, ETC.)
As the pet stay option is not available online on these platforms, it is MANDATORY to make a request to the hotel about bringing your pet and of course to meet the conditions listes above.
If bringing your pet without prior notification, the hotel staff may refuse your stay and ask you to leave the hotel at any moment without obligation to refund or pay any compensation.
